What’s your favourite thing about your shortlisted project?
I love how it tells modern stories through a vintage lens—it’s full of contrast.
What excites you most about being shortlisted?
Being shortlisted is truly encouraging—it makes me feel that my voice is seen and resonating with others.
Where do you usually work?
I usually work either in my school studio or at home, mostly using my iPad.
How long did it take to complete your project?
It took around two weeks. The drawing itself was quick, but most of the time went into refining the composition and layout.
What is your dream commission?
My dream commission would be creating visuals for a brand with a strong aesthetic—like in fashion, fragrance, or lifestyle—where illustration becomes part of the brand’s storytelling.
What’s your favourite thing to draw?
My favorite thing about drawing is that it lets me fully control the narrative and find all the elements that serve the theme—or build an entire world around a single key element.
What is your best tip for other illustrators?
Be clear about the message your work wants to convey, then let all your creation revolve around that purpose.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan to continue exploring aesthetics across different fields—illustration, fashion, lifestyle, and visual media—with the hope of creating more beautiful experiences for the world.
